All is well – I didn’t seem to lose any weight this past week, I stayed the same, which was weird and unexpected, but, sometimes that happens, so I’m not focusing on it, and will assess again in a few days. All is well on the eating routine, and my running is still on schedule.
We’ll be traveling for a few days, so I doubt I will post until sometime at the end of next week. I will be on ‘vacation’ but will generally try to avoid steering too far from plan…I will of course allow myself a few treats. But I’m also bringing my running shoes.
